Description
With Valentine’s Day coming up, we thought we’d whip up a beautiful rose-colored bevvy! It’s a play on a Greyhound cocktail, featuring vodka and grapefruit juice, with the addition of lime juice for an added punch. It’s incredibly easy to make, light, and easy to sip. Maybe too easy… 🙂
Note: This one is great to make in large batches if you’re entertaining!
Ingredients
- 6 oz. vodka (our go-to is Tito’s)
- 6 oz. grapefruit juice (about one grapefruit)
- 2 oz. lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tsp of agave syrup, plus more to taste (honey and maple syrup work well too)
- 8 oz. club soda
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Prepare 4 short cocktail glasses and fill them with ice.
- In a large measuring cup, jar, or shaker, combine 6 oz. vodka, 6 oz. grapefruit juice, 2 oz. lime juice, and 2 tsp of agave. Stir.
- Pour an even amount of the mixture into each glass, then top each with 2 oz. club soda.
- Taste and adjust, adding more sweetener, citrus, or club soda if needed.
- Garnish each cocktail with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
